Executive Director

Volunteer Manager

Intern (Part Time, 2 positions available)

"The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors."

The Executive Director will also run the blog and approve all PR efforts.

All employees are expected to attend and participate at every event and sign a confidentiality agreement.

Volunteer Managers are responsible for selecting, training, and supervising all volunteer staff of VIVID. Their duties include reaching out to industry professionals, pairing the student with a mentor, and monthly evaluating their mentor-ship. Additionally, they are responsible for student outreach which includes presenting at various high schools in the Wichita area to inform them of our services, and if interested, have them fill out an application. They will also oversee the interns.

The interns are responsible for running all PR related activities. This can include running social media accounts, creating fliers, and keeping up the website. They are also responsible for planning a fundraiser once a month. This is a very flexible position.
