For the community workshops, VIVID measures their success by counting the number of people in attendance.

For their community events, we will measure the number of people in attendance and how much money they raised.

For their mentoring program, they will measure how many students are utilizing it. We will ask the demographics of the student and the mentor for research purposes. We will evaluate once a month on whether the relationship is effective, and if it is not, we will re-match the student with another industry professional.

When the store is implemented, we will measure success based on income and sustainable practices.
