- If the events are in a rich neighborhood, the poor community might feel intimidated. If it is located in a poor community, rich people will not attend.
- Not many students especially in poor communities do not have transportation to get to the events.
- The mentor-ship does not help them get a job or in the workplace.
- Sourcing from clothing vendors who do not pay their employees a living wage.
- Contributing to fast fashion.
- Not inclusive to men.
- Because of explicitly mentioning women, it could offend the LGBT-Q community.
- Community conversation could be more harmful or even trigger anxiety instead of being constructive and uniting.
